Hume Tennis has recommenced school tennis lessons for 2023 at Aitken Creek Primary School. The tennis lessons are delivered as part of the Federal Government Sporting Schools Program, an initiative designed to help schools increase children’s participation in sport and connect them with community sport opportunities. In 2023 Aitken Creek Primary School was awarded Tennis Australia’s prestigious Newcombe Medal in recognition of its school tennis program, which has been delivered in collaboration with Hume Tennis for the past 7 years.
Hume Tennis Launches New Special Needs Tennis Program
Hume Tennis is proud to announce the launch of their new Special Needs Tennis Program, aimed at providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all players of different abilities. This program will be held on the first and third Saturday of each month from 1.30-2.30pm and will be coached by Zamir, one of Hume Tennis’ most experienced and friendly coaches.
