As a result of his victory, Jin has earned a coveted wildcard entry into the Australian Open Wheelchair Tournament 2025, a tremendous opportunity that will allow him to compete at the Australian Open.

At just 11 years old, Jocelyn Jia is already making waves in the competitive landscape of junior tennis. Competing in the 12’s National Championships in Sydney, Jocelyn showcased her talent by winning 7 out of 8 singles matches, including a stunning victory against the tournament’s top seed. This impressive performance is particularly noteworthy given that Jocelyn is still underage and will have another opportunity to compete in the 12’s National next year.

Gavy Dhindsa: Competing Beyond His Years
Gavy Dhindsa, at just 10 years old, has already shown that age is just a number. Competing in the Tennis Australia Under 14’s Junior Tour event, Gavy impressed everyone by not only participating but excelling in the event that is four years above his age group. His ability to compete with older, physically stronger opponents speaks volumes about his talent and growth as a player.
In addition to his recent successes, Gavy has been selected for the National 10’s camp held during the Australian Open, where he will have the opportunity to practice alongside elite players and witness the best in the world firsthand. This experience will be invaluable for his development as a young athlete.
Gavy í also part of a Tennis Australia National Academy program where he trains at Melbourne Park once a week with other achieving 10 year olds.
