Wednesday May 13th, 2020 is a day of celebration for those who love to play tennis.
Hume Tennis and Community Centre will reopen after the Victorian State Government announced a relaxation of the COVID-19 restrictions that saw Hume close six weeks ago.
The decision means Hume Tennis, a Craigieburn Tennis Club situated in Highland Estate will be able to offer tennis play for the whole community that sees it listed as a Tennis Victoria Top 10 Tennis Club
Centre Manager, Tim Connelly said, “what is awesome about this decision is: court hire, all tennis lessons, social tennis will open up from Wednesday for members and casual players. When we closed six weeks ago – only private lessons and limited social play was allowed however this new recommendation means most tennis activities will be back up and running.”

Players and members are so excited to be able to get back onto the court.
