Whether you’re a young player just starting your tennis journey or an adult looking to compete under lights, Hume Tennis & Community Centre is excited to welcome new and returning players for the 2025 Junior and Night Competition Seasons!
🧒 Junior Competition – Season 2 Registration Now Open!
Is your child ready to take the next step into team tennis! The Junior Competition is a fun and friendly way for young players to build friendships, gain matchplay experience, and enjoy competitive tennis in a supportive environment.
🏆 Competition Details:
- Association: North Suburban Junior Tennis Association (NSJTA)
- Season: July – December 2025 (14 weeks + 2 weeks of finals)
- Breaks: Matches break during school holidays
- Team Types: Boys, girls, or mixed teams with a rotational playing schedule
- Parent Support: Help with transport, supervision, and WhatsApp team coordination (no experience needed!)

Night Tennis Competition – NSNTA Season Registration
Play under lights and represent Hume Tennis in the North Suburban Night Tennis Association (NSNTA), competing with over 45 clubs across Melbourne’s northern suburbs.
🏆 Competition Details:
- Season:
- Autumn: Feb – June 2025
- Spring: Aug – Nov 2025
- Match Format: 14 weeks + 2 weeks of finals
- Team Types:
- Women’s – Tuesday nights
- Mixed – Wednesday nights
- Men’s – Thursday nights
- Teams: 4 players per night, ideally 6 per team (rotational play)
- Player Commitment:
- Must be a financial member of Hume Tennis
- WhatsApp used for team coordination
- Players commit to both home and away matches
