Hume Tennis & Community Centre is pleased to announce that we are now taking Expressions of Interest for Community Room Hire (weekday and weekends) from Term 2, following the recent relocation of a long-term hirer.
This presents an exciting opportunity for community groups, education providers, arts educators, wellbeing facilitators and church organisations to deliver programs within one of the most active and welcoming community hubs in Melbourne’s north.
Hume Tennis & Community Centre continues to grow as a multi-use and community destination, welcoming over 2,000 visits each week. This strong foot traffic creates excellent exposure for organisations looking to establish or expand their programs. Hirers benefit not only from quality facilities, but also from being part of a vibrant environment where families, children, adults and seniors regularly engage in sport, recreation and community activities.
The centre offers three flexible community room spaces, that can be converted into one space, each having climate-controlled and equipped with audio-visual technology, along with access to chairs and tables to support a range of program formats including workshops, classes, meetings and training sessions.
Hirers and participants also benefit from access to the on-site café, comfortable parent and waiting areas, secure parking, and the support of experienced Hume Community Centre staff who help create a safe and welcoming environment.
This opportunity is ideal for organisations seeking to grow participation, build community connections and deliver high-quality programs in a well-supported and highly visible venue. Being located within a busy sports and community precinct provides natural opportunities for collaboration, promotion and increased program awareness.
Organisations interested in securing space from Term 2 are encouraged to register their Expression of Interest and arrange a site visit. Spaces are limited and will be allocated based on suitability, alignment with community needs and program impact.
