TOUR INFORMATION OVERVIEW

Thank you for your interest in the THE ULTIMATE AUSTRALIAN TENNIS TOUR 2017. This experience for junior tennis players is one they will never forget and want to return to year after year. Participants will play a Tennis Australia sanctioned junior ranking tournament at one of Australia’s newest and finest tennis centre’s – Hume Tennis and Community Centre.

The tour will then move to Melbourne CBD where everyone will attend one of the best Grand Slam Tennis Tournaments – The Australian Open 2017. There will be so much more to this tour that will make it an unforgettable Melbourne and Australian experience. Many new and lifelong friendships will be formed with the tour bringing players together from around the world.

If you have a dream of becoming a professional tennis player then this tour is for you. Players can travel with a group, a team, their families or as an individual.

The tour is Inclusive of the following:
- Total of 9 nights, 4 star, accommodation.
  Hume Tennis Centre - 4 nights at Best Western Airport Motel
  Melbourne CBD - 5 nights at The Victoria Hotel
- Buffet breakfast each morning
- Welcome BBQ Monday 8th January
- All bus transfers once in Melbourne and from January
- Junior Tour Tournament Entrance Fee (Singles and Doubles)
- Entrance Kids Tennis Day Saturday 13th January
- Australian Open ground pass entry Monday 15th and 16th January

FOR COACHES – Australian Tennis Conference
The Australian Tennis Conference will be held at Melbourne Park from Thursday 11th – Saturday 13th January.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS – International/Interstate
The tour does not include airfares or insurance.
1. All tour participants need to organise their own flights and to arrive Melbourne International Airport Monday 8th January
2. International travellers may need a Visa when entering Australia and is the responsibility of the traveler to organise. Tour operators can provide proof of tour participation if required for visa applications. Important: If you arrive in Australia without correct documentation you will be sent back and will not be the responsibility of tour operators. All fees and tour costs will be forfeited.

Terms and Conditions
Travel: this tour is inclusive of features as disclosed in promotional material. It does not include airline or any other travel travel prior or after the event, January 8th-January 17th. All cost of airline travel is at the expense of the participant.

Bookings Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. You must not make any booking unless you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions.

Passports & Visas:
All international travellers must have a valid passport for entry into Australia and have at least 6 months validity. If you require any documentation for visa application to enter Australia please contact tennistours@humetennis.com.au

Prices:
All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. The price is only guaranteed once paid for in full by you.

Our Change and Cancellation Fees:
Cancellations of booking will incur a fee of $100 per booking - any bookings cancelled after 28 days prior to the tour begging will forfeit 100% of their tour fee.

If you wish to change any part of your tour please call 1300 486 382. Any fees for such change or cancellation must be made via credit card and will attract the applicable credit card surcharge.

Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance to cover your travel arrangements

Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, neither Hume Tennis and Community Centre nor Complete Tennis Services nor any of its related bodies corporate, directors, employees or agents accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control, or any other event which is beyond our control or which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part. Under circumstances where our liability cannot be excluded and where liability may be lawfully limited, such liability is limited to the remedies required of us under applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law). This liability clause is subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
