Mia Stefanovska – Learn to Lead Graduation

In a world that is constantly evolving, the need for effective leadership is more vital than ever. Leaders not only drive change but also inspire others to follow suit. Mia, a dedicated coach here at Hume TC, recently graduated from the “Learn to Lead” course. Over the past eight weeks, Mia embarked on a transformative journey that has left her not only more confident but also determined to empower others.

The “Learn to Lead” course wasn’t just about gaining leadership skills; it was about understanding what it truly means to be a good leader. The course covered various aspects of leadership, including communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and empathy. It emphasized the importance of women’s voices in leadership roles and aimed to equip participants with the tools to make a difference.

One of the highlights of the graduation ceremony was the speech Mia delivered. In her speech, she shared her personal transformation from a reserved individual to a confident leader. Her words were not only inspiring but also resonated deeply with the audience. She spoke of her journey, saying, “My own transformation from a reserved individual to a confident leader has not only been rewarding but also inspiring. And now, I am dedicated to extending these benefits to my fellow club members.”

Mia’s action learning project was a key part of her graduation. She proposed creating more social gatherings within the club to foster a supportive and empowering environment. During her speech, Mia elaborated on her action learning project, saying, “With my action learning project, I believe that by making more social gatherings within our club, we can create a supportive and empowering environment. A place where girls can develop their confidence, enhance their leadership skills, and build lasting friendships. This isn’t just a goal; it’s a mission born out of my own personal journey.”

Mia’s graduation from the “Learn to Lead” course is not just an end; it’s a new beginning. A beginning filled with endless possibilities, where she will continue to lead, inspire, and make a difference in the lives of those around her. Make sure to congratulate Mia if you see her around our courts!!
